What is Space 108?

Space 108 is a short-term commercial space available for rent for local entrepreneurs and talent within Cornwall's downtown core! Our purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for business owners to showcase their products, skills and special talents!

What type of events can I host? 

Our space is best suited, but not limited to the following; retail pop-ups, launch events, brand showcases, art exhibits, photoshoots, workshops, fitness classes, fashion shows, speaker panels, auctions and so on! 

When does booking open?

Online booking will be posted on the 15th of each month, in preparation for the next month. For example; On December 15th, the booking calendar will become available for January. 

How long can I rent Space 108?

Minimum three (3) days, and maximum seven (7) day rentals will be available. If you are in need of more flexibility please contact us! Please note: for the month of December, we are increasing the minimum booking to 1 week (7 days).

What is the rental rate?

Rental rates are charged per day and will fluctuate seasonally. Rental rates will be posted when the monthly booking calendar becomes available. Keep an eye out for it!

Can we have multiple vendors hosting an event at one time? 

Yes! We kindly ask that you limit vendors to 3 per event. *Please note: There will be an additional charge per vendor.

How does booking work?

Reserve your event dates by checking out online (at checkout you will be charged 25% of the total booking price). After checking out successfully, your request will be under review - Give us 24 hours to review your information and approve your booking. Once your event has been approved, you will be sent an invoice to pay the remaining booking cost (75%). Your event dates will not be confirmed until final payment has been completed, you have seven (7) days to complete payment from the time of reserving your dates.

My booking dates have been confirmed. Now what? 

Yay, Congrats! Now the exciting part....

  • Start planning! Whether you are planning a retail pop-up shop or an art exhibit, creating a unique experience for your customers/clientele is important and very exciting! 
  • Make sure you're covered. We provide the space, and various amenities - however, it's important to protect yourself and your business. While in our space, we require you to have insurance. This can take some time to acquire, so if you don't currently have insurance, get on it!  We require proof of insurance 7 days before the start of your event to abide by our cancellation policy. 
  • Move in! So it's event day..its time to set up your space and open the doors to the public. Have fun!
